Telemarketer / Online Marketer (Full-Time)

Kekuatan kami terletak pada gabungan kaedah pemasaran online, offline, dan telemarketing yang tersusun dan terbukti berkesan dalam membantu pasukan mencapai sasaran jualan bulanan. Calon tanpa pengalaman juga mampu mencapai keputusan yang baik melalui sistem dan latihan yang kami sediakan.

Job Responsibilities
- Menghubungi prospek melalui telefon dan WhatsApp untuk memperkenalkan produk Coway
- Memberikan penerangan jelas mengenai manfaat dan promosi produk.
- Menghasilkan kandungan pemasaran asas seperti TikTok video, Live, dan posting Facebook/Instagram.
- Membalas mesej pelanggan dan mengurus pertanyaan yang diterima.
- Membina hubungan baik dengan pelanggan baru & mengekalkan pelanggan sedia ada.
- Mengatur janji temu untuk bersemuka (jika perlu).
- Capai sasaran jualan & KPI yang ditetapkan.
- Menyediakan laporan follow-up dan rekod pelanggan dengan teratur.
- Menyokong pelaksanaan kempen pemasaran harian syarikat.
- Bekerja di pejabat bersama pasukan untuk memastikan latihan, pemantauan, dan proses kerja berjalan lancar.

Work Hours
- 5 hari bekerja seminggu
- Waktu pejabat: 9.00am - 5.00pm
- sabtu ahad tak perlu masuk office

Salary & Benefits
- Pendapatan RM2,000 - RM10,000++ (basic + komisen tanpa had).
- Insentif & bonus menarik.
- Latihan disediakan secara lengkap (online, offline, telemarketing)

**Requirements**:

- Warganegara Malaysia
- Berumur 21-35 tahun
- Boleh bekerja di pejabat sepenuh masa
- Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi & interpersonal yang baik.
- Berdisiplin, bermotivasi tinggi & tidak mudah putus asa.
- Mampu mengikuti arahan dan bekerja dalam pasukan
- Calon tanpa pengalaman dialu-alukan (latihan disediakan)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
