**Responsibilities**:

- To monitor all daily incoming and outgoing inventory transaction and stocks movement.
- Maintain proper record of inventory and ensure it is updated accurately and timely.
- Receiving & verifying all incoming goods are properly stored & labelled.
- Responsible for quality checking upon receiving, inspection, loading, stock count, sorting and stacking of stocks.
- To conduct periodical stock count and submit the stock balance report for management review.
- Manage overall inventory accuracy and maintaining stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- To establish and maintain warehouse procedures and system to ensure smooth flow of materials & stocks.
- To manage the purchasing, material and vendor management for the business continuity
- Processing of Purchase Orders and distributing to vendors.
- Responding to telephone inquiries, and relaying messages to proper entities
- Sourcing new vendor/material for cost reduction program.
- Execute risk and opportunity in Quality, Environment and Safety.
- Production plans and incorporating material planning.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree/diploma in related discipline such as statistics and supply chain management.
- Be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills.
- Proven experience in production planning, inventory control, or related roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Required skills: Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge in Customs regulations and SAP System will be of added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
