**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the **Sales Manager** to meet sales requirements and follow up on leads generated through the system to secure confirmed sales.
- Lead and supervise a team of **Sales Executives** to ensure both individual and team sales targets are achieved.
- Monitor daily performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct coaching or training sessions to improve productivity.
- Attend to customer enquiries, identify their property preferences, and recommend suitable properties that meet their needs.
- Continuously develop new customer and market opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Conduct ongoing market surveys and comparisons to provide up-to-date market information to management and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective **sales strategies and action plans**.
- Handle the full sales process, including **lead generation, sales booking, and loan documentation**.
- Maintain and update the **customer database** regularly.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a **Diploma**, preferably in **Estate Management** or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- **Fresh graduates** or individuals with experience in **sales or other fast-paced industries** are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in a **sales-related role** will be an advantage.
- **Self-motivated**, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- **Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia**, especially to **Northern region projects**.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
