**Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Solution Architect**

**Job Summary**

The **Technical Infrastructure Solution Architect** plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves deep engagement with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to develop infrastructure architectures that support business operations and future technology initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities1. Solution Design & Architecture**
- Develop and document comprehensive infrastructure architectures covering servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend infrastructure technologies and tools to enhance system performance, availability, and reliability.

**2. Technical Leadership**
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship throughout the design and implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure that infrastructure solutions conform to enterprise standards and IT strategy.

**3. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Translate business requirements into technical infrastructure solutions.
- Communicate architectural strategies clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment.

**4. Project Support**
- Partner with project managers to support planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure-related projects.
- Review and validate technical design documents and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during project execution.

**5. Risk Management & Compliance**
- Identify infrastructure risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure architectural solutions adhere to regulatory, security, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS).

**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Stay updated on emerging infrastructure technologies and trends.
- Recommend and implement improvements to existing architecture, processes, and infrastructure capabilities.

**7. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and detailed architecture documentation, including system diagrams, design specs, and operational guides.
- Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on infrastructure initiatives and project progress.

**8. Collaboration & Vendor Management**
- Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners for solution evaluation and integration.
- Participate in industry events, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing forums to foster professional growth.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s degree or technical certifications are a plus.)
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure design and implementation across servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
- Strong technical expertise in platforms such as **AWS, Azure, VMware, Cisco, F5, firewalls, Solaris, storage systems, and enterprise databases**.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure architectural frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex infrastructure challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with **enterprise architecture frameworks** such as **TOGAF** or **Zachman**.
- Familiarity with **DevOps practices** and automation tools.
- Knowledge of **ITIL processes** and service delivery.
- Understanding of **security frameworks** and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
