At **Menumiz**, we believe a high-performing sales team drives growth. We’re looking for a skilled **Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to identify and qualify potential customers in the **restaurant industry in Australia**.

As the first point of contact, the ideal SDR excels at **lead research, relationship-building, and setting up sales closers for success**. Strong communication skills, a quick learning ability, and the ability to effectively present our solutions are key. This role is crucial in driving revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Represent the company’s products and services using comprehensive knowledge and customer insights to explain how our solutions meet their needs
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new opportunities
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate with Business Development Executives to book demo appointments
- Identify best practices and contribute to refining the company’s lead-generation playbook

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers in **Australia** to promote **Menumiz** solutions
- Identify prospect needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads for the sales team
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities in the market
- Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and Sales Executives
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficient in using **Microsoft Dynamics 365**:

- **2+ years of experience** in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach
- High motivation and the ambition to grow within the sales organization

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- **Fluency in English is required**; additional languages are a plus

**Working Hours & Environment**:

- **Work Hours**: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
- **Working Days**: Monday to Friday
- **Work Arrangement**:On-site / In-office** position in Malaysia
