Giga Sports Sdn Bhd was established in 2006 as an international lifestyle and sporting goods distributor company with a growing business In Malaysia.
**1.** Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the entire recruitment process and develop effective recruiting strategies to fill up available vacancies in the company.
- Maintains and updates job descriptions and job requirements for all positions.
- Revise recruitment procedures to ensure their effectiveness.
- Propose the right placement and salary for a job offer.
- Conduct orientation on HR policies and procedures.
**2.** Compensation and Benefits
- Carry out yearly salary range and benefits survey with other companies in a similar industry as benchmark and input for market comparison.
- Revise remuneration packages to be more attractive and competitive for different categories of positions.
- Revise attractive sales incentive packages for retail operations staff to serve as motivation for achieving higher targets.
- To oversee the entire payroll process.
**3.** Employee Relations and Discipline
- Monitor and manage employee discipline thru counselling and motivation to improve employee discipline at work.
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making.
- Conduct Domestic Inquiry when necessary.
- Conduct dialogue or informal chit-chat with staff to address employee grievances and feedback.
- Build good rapport with the staff to gain total work commitment and ensure harmony environment.
**4.** Performance Management System
- Review the Performance Management system and rewarding mechanism which reflects employees’ performance and contributions.
- Manage the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to yearly salary review and bonus computation.
**5. Training & Development**
- Review employee career development and plan for their career path.
- To develop training needs and identify needs and gaps for the organization’s overall improvement.
**6.** Payroll Administration
- Ensure accuracy of payroll administration thru proper checking and verification procedures promptly.
- Ensure salary administration is carried out by Labour Law and Employment Act.
**7.** Operations
- Lead the HR & Admin function in the full spectrum of both HR & Admin to ensure smooth business operation.
- Establish and review HR policies & procedures and ensure the enforcement is in place at all times.
- Work closely with all departments and provide the required support to ensure smooth operations in the company.
- Constantly review workflow for necessary improvements and execute all HR computerized projects.
- To manage HR functions in ensuring quality, efficiency and compliance objectives are met.
- Manage and oversee general office administration including office maintenance, renewal of existing insurance policy, coverage of insurance for new outlets and daily operations.
- Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 5 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
