**Job Responsibility**:
1. Cover in the warehouse operations activities such as Receiving, Picking and Packing, and Loading bay to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of order within KPI is met.
2. To check incoming orders and plan / organize packing for daily pick-up by performing data entry.
3. Prepare orders by processing requests, replenishment activity, picking and packing boxes, placing orders in the loading bay area and other necessary documents for shipment.
4. To carry duties in loading and unloading(loading bay team), transferring (reception team), sorting, storing, checking, picking, packing, wrapping and labeling of the outgoing goods.
5. To pack goods with suitable cartons or greybox in accordance with the customer's location.
6. Ensure goods are stored in the consolidation area according to the customer’s location (store).
7. To ensure accuracy of inbound / outbound goods as stipulated in supporting documents.
8. Ensure the safe and efficient moving and handling of all items during picking, loading, reception and stocking to avoid any damages or injuries.
9. To ensure all goods received (reception) are neatly arranged with proper segregation (by nature of sports).
10. Complete and update reports by entering required information timely and accurately into the daily panel information.
11. Adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve a well-organized, optimized space utilization and safe-working environment.
12. To monitor stock on hand and investigate the root cause of stock discrepancy reported by internal customers and initiate corrective action.
13. Work closely with the other teammates and manager to ensure daily activities are completed without delay and to ensure day-to-day activities are carried out systematically.
14. Operates reach-truck and pallet runner.
