**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
**1. Warehouse Operations**
- Assist in receiving and checking incoming shipments.
- Perform inventory checking, stock tallying, and update stock records accurately.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and stock arrangement at designated areas.
- Assist in order picking, packing, and preparation for outbound deliveries.
- Support daily warehouse activities including stock replenishment and stock transfer.
- Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety and housekeeping standards.

**2. Administrative Support**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Handle documentation for inbound and outbound transactions (Delivery Orders, Goods Received Notes, etc.).
- Update system records for inventory movement and stock count results.
- Maintain filing of operational documents and records systematically.
- Assist in compiling reports for customer billing and activity summary.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Customer Service, Accounts, and Transport) for operational matters.

**3. Others**
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company SOP and safety guidelines at all times.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years working experience in warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
- Familiar with inventory management system / WMS is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
