Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff while carrying out directives from the Warehouse Manager.
  • Provide operational oversight, including both supervisory and technical support.
  • Manage workforce allocation and maintain high efficiency across warehouse operations.
  • Inspire and guide team members to achieve company, supplier, and customer performance targets.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee stock control processes, including daily/weekly checks, cycle counts, and full inventory audits.
  • Enforce adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and 5S standards.
  • Prepare and monitor KPIs for warehouse assistants to ensure program expectations are met, including delivery performance, inventory accuracy, documentation, and daily operational activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in 3PL warehouse operation
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in supervising warehouse staff
  • Good Team Player
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous, proactive, independent and responsible individual
