Internship Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated intern to join our team This internship offers hands-on experience in the health and wellness industry, allowing you to gain valuable skills in marketing, client relations, wellness program development. 1. Inventory Management

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and updating inventory records.
  • Support in performing stock checks and cycle counts.
  • Help maintain accuracy of warehouse data in the system.
  • Report discrepancies or low stock levels to the supervisor.

2. Warehouse Operations Support

  • Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods.
  • Help prepare items for outgoing deliveries (picking, packing, labeling).
  • Ensure proper storage, organisation, and cleanliness of the warehouse area.
  • Follow safety procedures and inventory handling guidelines.

3. Order Processing & Documentation

  • Assist in processing customer or internal orders.
  • Prepare delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other logistics documents.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
  • Update system records after order completion.

4. Shipment & Delivery Coordination

  • Coordinate with courier companies or internal drivers for pickups and deliveries.
  • Track and monitor shipment status.
  • Assist in updating delivery schedules and informing relevant departments.
  • Handle simple customer or internal inquiries about delivery status.

5. Supplier & Vendor Coordination

  • Assist in communicating with suppliers regarding stock availability and delivery arrangements.
  • Follow up on pending orders and backlogs.
  • Help evaluate supplier performance (delivery accuracy, speed, quality).

6. Logistics Administration

  • Assist with daily data entry and updating logistics reports.
  • Prepare simple summaries such as incoming/outgoing stock, delivery status, and inventory activity.
  • Support in maintaining logistics records and SOP documentation.

7. Support for Audit & Quality Control

  • Assist during internal and external audit preparations.
  • Help ensure warehouse processes follow company guidelines.
  • Report damaged or expired items and assist in arranging replacements.

8. Process Improvement

  • Support logistics team in identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Help test and implement new logistics procedures or systems.

9. Ad-hoc Tasks

  • Perform other logistics or warehouse-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Provide general assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

10. Performance-Based Employment Opportunity

  • Interns who demonstrate strong performance, discipline, and commitment during their internship may be offered a direct permanent position.
  • This offer will allow the intern to skip the probation period and be immediately confirmed as a full-time staff.
