**What's for you to learn?**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Quantity Surveyor Intern** to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in both **pre-tender and post-tender** activities, providing valuable exposure to the construction and project management field. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain practical knowledge in tender preparation, cost estimation, supplier sourcing, and project coordination.

**What you'll be doing?**

**Pre-Tender Phase**
- Assist in the preparation of quotations and tender documents for commercial and technical submissions.
- Support in quantity take-off and preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ) for design and build tenders.
- Participate in developing value engineering proposals under supervision.
- Help update the contractor and supplier database.
- Attend site visits, tender interviews, and relevant meetings (where applicable).
- Support the preparation of sales-related documents such as track record lists, cover letters, and pre-qualification forms.
- Assist in preparing technical presentation slides and sample boards when required.

**Post-Tender Phase**
- Assist in the rationalization of tender BQ after receiving the Letter of Award (LOA).
- Support in the request for quotations (RFQ) and subcontractor selection process.
- Help in preparing variation order (VO) quotations for awarded projects.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
- **Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying** or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to read and interpret drawings and Bill of Quantities (BQ).
- Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Internship duration**:Minimum 3 months or more**. _Availability to start on Jan/ Feb 2026 is highly preferred_
- Work Location**:Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur**
