**About the Company**

The company is a design-and-build company involved in interior and exterior renovation works. With our growing number of projects, we are also looking to expand our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform site visit and attend site meeting to monitor and evaluate work progress.
- Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material cost and labour cost price in the tendering process.
- Coordinate with labour & sub-contractors on the contract requirements / site condition prior to commencement of work.
- Ensure all filling and documentation comply to ISO procedures.
- Perform cost control, risk, and value management.
- Compiling, evaluating and updating of cost analysis and cost plan.
- Be able to work closely and liaise with design team, architectural and operation team
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) and Bahasa Malaysia

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, or similar engineering.
- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Fresh graduate will be considered

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
