Job Description
1) Coordinate business operations with internal stakeholders, such as business development and operations
2) Lead customer management, liaise with external stakeholders to coordinate service delivery, provide solutions and suggest value-added services to promote business growth
3) Manage operation results reports and perform benchmark tests based on agreed KPIs
4) Arrange business review meetings and communication
5) Supervise inventory levels, operational issues and service complaints
6) Manage department budgets and strive to simplify the process to achieve profitability goals. Always ensure that resources are allocated effectively
7) Develop an internal service delivery team and ensure the implementation of goals Continuous improvement and learning development of the operation team
