To support our team in PacTech Asia in Malaysia, we are looking for a Technical Marketing Assistant/Executive (M/F/d) for the next possible date.
**About PacTech**
- To research and analyze market and industry development.
- To monitor and consolidate competitors’ and customers’ information and activities.
- To manage literature database.
- To develop and manage sales and marketing materials.
- To monitor customer orders and coordinate internally to achieve in time delivery.
- To handle sales coordination and administrative works.
- To monitor shipment and issue invoices in a timely manner.
- To record and manage customer information and requirements.
- To establish productive and professional relationship with customers.
- To support any other ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor.

**Job Requirement**
- Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent).
- 2 years of working experience in a similar position in the semiconductor and electronics industry for position of assistant and 4 years for position of executive.
- Team player, results-oriented, innovative, resourceful and committed.
- Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Pleasant personality, mature and able to work independently.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package including Excel and Power Point is required.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Technical background in semiconductor industry would be an added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Possess own transport.
