Planning & Purchasing

Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Forecasting
- Production plan preparation, execution and progress tracking.
- To prepare monthly production achievement and shortfall explanation report.

Procurement and Receiving Process
- Manage customer orders.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders (POs).
- Monitoring and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Addressing and resolving order discrepancies or delays.
- Oversee receiving, storage and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Cooperate with other depart on the payment affairs, etc

Inventory control
- Managing Raw and Packaging Materials:

- Monitor stock level & place order to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Expedite and monitor delivery with suppliers to meet customer orders / production plan

Knowledge in UBS or AUTOCOUNT software will be an advantage.

Specification of Competency Standard (SCS):
Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management / Manufacturing / Production Operations

Professional Qualification or Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in related field (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistic)

Strong in analytical & problem solving skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
