**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Tactically plan domestic or international collections based on order criteria using set lanes, managing dedicated trucks or submitting RFQs.
- Effectively track and manage international deliveries from cargo booking through to end delivery point keeping stakeholders updated.
- Be a key contact for all stakeholders - customer, shipper, carrier & operations and on other ad-hoc matters.
- Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the customer and carriers to ensure all targets are met.
- Ensure that all aspects of the business operate within defined corporate and legislative requirements.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business (or related discipline).
- Minimum 3 years related experience in transport management / logistics.
- Preferably with transport management / warehousing experience.
- High computer literacy and analytical skills.
