**Tasks & responsibilities**
- **Store Openings & Renovations**:

- Travel to new store openings and renovations across various locations, including East Malaysia, to assist with setup, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Support contractors and vendors in completing maintenance and construction tasks according to project timelines and specifications.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of equipment, signage, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems during store openings or renovations.

**2. Routine Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Perform regular inspections and maintenance of store facilities, including lighting, plumbing, HVAC systems, electrical systems, flooring, and fixtures.
- Quickly address and resolve issues such as leaks, broken equipment, and minor electrical or plumbing problems to minimize store downtime.

3. **General Facility Maintenance**:

- Maintain store areas (restrooms, walls, doors, windows, flooring) and perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.

**4. Inventory & Supplies Management**:

- Track and manage maintenance tools and supplies, ordering parts as needed to avoid delays.

**5. Additional Duties**
- Support the operations team with any other tasks or projects as needed, ensuring alignment with company goals.

**Qualifications & experience**
- **Education**: SPM or below (school leavers are encouraged to apply).
- **Driving license required** (must be able to travel between locations).
- No prior experience needed — **on-the-job training will be provided**.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work (lifting, carrying, climbing ladders if needed).
- Willing to travel frequently, including to East Malaysia.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including outside of regular business hours when needed.
- **Language Requirement (due to business needs)**: Able to **speak, read, and write Mandarin** to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be an advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
