Specification Specialist

Job Description

Responsible for understanding the customers objectives and map their business requirements to suggest offerings
Maintain good relationship with identifying client’s needs and develop appropriate sales strategy to meet their needs.
Provide technical information and support to our dealers and sales representatives
Develops and implements program goals and plans
Makes recommendations in areas of expertise for the program
Acts as a liaison with other agencies, organizations, and employees to coordinate the technical aspects of the program
Drive tendering project toward construction project, material project and other related business project in the market
To produce, in a timely and professional manner, such product proposals, specification clauses, cost estimates and technical documents & drawings
Build strong network with selected professional groups
To assist in market research from time to time to identify potential customer from construction agency, contractor, developer, JKR and other related market.
Job Requirement

Diploma/ Degree in Marketing are encouraged to apply.
At least 3 years building materials sale and specifying experience.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability
Must acquire extensive product knowledge and stay up to date with all changes in products in order to accurately specify projects assigned
Technical Knowledge on HVAC system would be an added advantage
