Specification Specialist

To attend, service, promote and to specify company products during design stage to specific group such as project owner, developer, architect, M&E Engineer, Consultants, Government section and etc.
- Maximize customer/prospect coverage by meeting, presentation and mock up/demo with customer to raise branding awareness.
- Maintain good relationship by identifying clients’ need and develop appropriate product strategy to meet their needs.
- To assist Sales Manager by planning, executing, monitoring and ensuring the targeted projects are specified with products in the Bill of Quantities (BQ).
- Responsible for proposals preparation, provide product related solutions and information.
- Promote comapany's products by introducing new offerings, enhancing the visibility of existing products, and overseeing projects to ensure compliance with specifications. This approach aims to achieve budgeted sales targets and enhance market share.
- To offer consultation services to clients while adhering to deadlines and meeting their requirements.
- To ensure close follow up on the existing and/or new project or market information and necessary update in the project status.
- Gather market intelligence for the Sales Manager by making close monitoring of market movement.
- Liaise with clients on all the technical aspects of projects.
- Able to meet target and capable to work independently with end users and applicators.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Business/Engineering or related field.
- Prior working experience with Construction industry / Consultancy firm is essential
- Good knowledge of Architecture/ M&E Engineering or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skill with good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
