**Requirements**:

- Must be a **cat lover (pencinta kucing)** — comfortable handling cats of all temperaments
- Preferably **female**, friendly, and caring personality
- Enjoy meeting people and **working as a team** in a service-oriented environment
- Able to work under **time constraints** and adapt to a fast-paced grooming & spa schedule
- **KPI-oriented**, with motivation to achieve daily and monthly **sales targets**:

- Understand that **pet grooming & retail services** may differ from regular office hours
- **Committed, punctual, and proactive** with a positive attitude
- Passionate about **pet care, cat grooming, and cat spa** services
- Familiar with **social media tools** (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) — you’ll assist in content creation
- **Skill in taking & editing photos/videos** is an added advantage (you’ll feature our adorable cats)

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional **customer service** to guests inquiring about our **cat grooming & spa** services
- Help customers choose the most suitable **grooming or spa package** based on their cat’s needs
- Handle and **process bookings, payments, and invoices** accurately
- Maintain proper record-keeping and ensure smooth daily operation at the front desk
- Assist in **content creation** for marketing — take short videos/photos of cats during grooming/spa sessions
- Support branch campaigns and promotions by sharing posts and engaging with customers online
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the **lobby, grooming area, and retail display sections**:

- Ensure **retail product inventory** (cat shampoo, treats, collars, etc.) is well-stocked and organized
- Participate in internal training to improve **cat handling & grooming knowledge**:

- **Open to relocation** is a plus — we are hiring for multiple locations across Malaysia
- **Immediate availability preferred**
