**Front Desk Receptionist**

Kuceng Cat Hotel & Spa stores are fun and lively environments where you will be working with talented groomers and also learn about the great opportunities in the grooming industry.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Opening the store in the morning
- Greeting, receiving and directing customer, supplier and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Receiving incoming telephone calls and taking messages if needed.
- Reply to customer's whatsapp inquiring about boarding and grooming services in a professional and grammatically with correct manner
- Booking cat appointments for grooming or boarding on software platform
- Ability to listen effectively, patience, communication, good manners, articulation and confidence are an essential
- Assist customer on check-in & check-out for grooming & boarding
- Collecting payments
- Maintaining the general appearance of the reception desk and/or supply room and surrounding areas, entrance, front door cleanliness and keeping all in organized and orderly
- Assisting manager with inventories
- Responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the facility
- Sending out closing reports to the manager
- Observe cata for signs of illness or injury and report these to the manager
- Walk, play with, and/or socialize with the cats in our care and take photo and/or video to update to owner and for social media material
- Perform other duties as required to improve the functioning of this organization

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
