Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur for a Front Office Receptionist. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, managing front office operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Daily tasks include greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and resolving guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Front Office operations and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandrin speakers or any other languages are welcome.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and local attractions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions:
- Front office receptionists in hotels may work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage at the front desk.
