**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance to the standard operating procedures during examinations.
- Print, compile, pack and secure the confidentiality of question papers.
- Manage certificate printing requests, issue certificates and badges via the Digital Credential platform.
- Manage stock level and maintain inventory list of examination materials, stationery, transcripts, certificates and scrolls.
- Provide administrative support in the conduct of examinations. Attend to enquiries pertaining to examination-related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields of studies.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the education industry, preferably in the Registry department.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and work with individuals at all levels. High integrity and ethical standards.
