Kulai, Malaysia I-STAY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD Full time

Ø Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing and painting work to maintain condition of I-Stay Management building.

Ø Move and relocate office furniture, make adjustment to desk, chairs and files.

Ø Repair locking system on doors, files, cabinets and lockers.

Ø Load and unload supplies.

Ø Respond to emergency maintenance request as require.

Ø Offer assistance to maintenance supervisor on district maintenance projects such as preventive maintenance of the buildings.

Ø May render assistance in overseeing and managing the maintenance records and supplies.

Ø Help organize office activities.

Ø Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanner, personal computers.

Ø Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expediting work results.

Ø Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ø Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- On call
