**General Duties**:
a. Repairing and fixing equipment, facilities, furniture and fitting in the event of defect or breakdown.

b. Guarantees the safety of park guest by identifying potential hazards and fixing/ remodifying them in the shortest time possible.

c. Make sure that all park appliances are functioning property at all times and in case of any malfunction takes steps to solve the problem.

d. Should be able to fix minor plumbing problems and defects that may arise in the company premise.

e. Will undertake to inform the Maintenance Team of any installation or equipment that needs to be fixed or replaced and also provide the information on how best to undertake it.

f. Carries out regular inspection of facilities with a view to promoting preventive maintenance.

g. He will provide training and guidance to others workers by imparting his skills and expertise to them.

**Others Duties**:
a. Carry out carpenter work - fix furniture, fittings & equipment.

b. Repair and service electrical tools and equipment

c. Repair plumbing fittings

d. Troubleshoot general problems

e. Repair and replace general hardware

f. Painting works

g. Remove rust and foreign materials from slides, joints and steel supports.

h. Carry out minor repair work on electrical installation in the pump house.

i. Assist in maintaining efficient water sanitation and chemistry

j. Able to prioritize work assigned to him from time to time and schedule it accordingly.

Specific Duties:
a. To be fully responsible for Maintenance of the building in the areas of speciality assigning task.
b. To conducts periodic checks on all electrical, mechanical plumbing, air - conditioning and other appliances (where applicable) in the building to ensure that these items are in perfect operational conditions.
c. To maintain and control the maintenance store and submit monthly report on the stock control.
d. To ensure all firefighting and control appliances in the park are in good operational condition
e. To carry out the necessary preparations for the daily routine works
f. To maintain the cleanliness / tidiness of all areas especially maintenance areas.
g. To give priorities in the handling of urgent areas of concerned.
h. To carry our periodical checks on all slide installation e.g bolts, nuts, foundations etc
i. To periodically check the pressure gauges on the water filter for any variation from the normal range and take necessary actions.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
