Chargeman (Cum Handyman)

**Chargeman**
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment, such as wiring, lighting, and electrical panels.
- Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify issues and implement necessary repairs.
- Perform electrical installations in compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Maintain and repair electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and appliances.
- Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other team members to plan and execute electrical projects.
- Ensure the safety of electrical systems by testing and inspecting components for potential hazards.

**Handyman**
- Participate as a member of the Center Operations' staff.
- Participate in effective training for the Maintenance staff.
- Adhere to all Company Policies And Procedures.
- Conduct routine grounds inspections as part of daily work assignments as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor/ Operations & Security Manager / Assistant Operation & Security Manager
- Complete all assigned maintenance work orders, punch list items, and special work assignments to ensure timely completion as directed.
- Be aware of and help ensure public safety and effective risk management.
- Participate in training and follow all OSHA and other Governmental standards/procedures as required by Center Management.
- Participate in training as appropriate to function as a member of the Emergency
- Task Force capable of crisis response as necessary.
- Participate in and support Operations Management as necessary for special events, holidays and extraordinary situations.
- Perform general maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, and repairing minor electrical or plumbing issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Install, repair, or replace various fixtures and appliances, such as door locks, faucets, and light fixtures.
- Painting and drywall repair to maintain or improve the appearance of walls and surfaces.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
