**About the Role**

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive support services to the sales team and ensure the smooth handling of administrative tasks related to client management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Entering data from various source documents into the system for storage, processing, and management purposes.
- Preparing, compiling, and organizing documents required for data entry tasks.
- Checking source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verifying data and making corrections where necessary.
- Updating existing data and removing unnecessary files from the system.
- Ensuring the prompt and accurate completion of all data entry tasks.

**Key Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with teams effectively.
