- Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry and air conditioner maintenance.
- Clean interior and exterior of the building, as well as machinery and equipment.
- Complete administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to supervisor.
- Keep inventory of maintenance and cleaning supplies and equipment, and report needs to supervisor.
- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Responsible, reliable, independent and has sense of urgency.
- Honest, reliable, efficient and professional at all time.
- Able to carry out multitask and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must be willing to work on shift including working on weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
