Job Responsibilities:

1) To manage overall department documentation

2) Data entry and data collection

i.) To assist executives to key in data for analyzing or improvement purpose.

3) Administration

i.)Responsible for general work coordination and administration.

ii.) To issue and control the stock level of stationary for Maintenance personnel

4) To assist engineer/executives to raise Purchase Requisition

5) To assist engineer on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document preparation.

6) To assist engineer to compile Breakdown Repair Form (BR) and key performance index (KPI) data

7) Always seek for room of improvement in all aspects especially in the aspect of good documentation.

8) To support the implementation and approved changs improvements and innovation to the current methods, process, materials and equipments to meet Company Various business objectives.

9) Knowledge on GMP and Lean Manufacturing

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 1 or 2 year of experience in office administration, including word processing, Excel and computer data entry required.
  • Working location: Hovid Ipoh at Jalan Kuala Kangsar

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
