Accounting duties
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations
- Handle petty cash and other cash flow processes
- Assist with payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting
- Update accounting databases and maintain financial documents

Administrative duties
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Handle general office tasks, such as office maintenance
- Provide administrative support to other departments
- Assist with basic HR tasks or communications
- Manage office supplies and inventory

Qualifications and skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite and SQL
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping
- Ability to interpret data and handle confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often required

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
