Inspector, E&i

Compile and ensure thorough understanding of project AFC drawings, specifications, procedures, ITP, shop drawings and applicable international codes and standards. - Prepare and issue daily quality inspection & surveillance report to QAQC Engineer - Witness materials and equipment receiving inspection or surveillance as indicated in the ITP. - Preparation of request for inspections (RFI) with all necessary attachments. - Witness Sub Contractor’s Inspection, Test & Measurement Equipment (ITME) site calibration when & where applicable. - Witness and monitor cable tray installation, cable pulling, E&I panels/Junction box installation, E&I cable termination activity and Cable testing (continuity & Megger Test) activity - Gather up to date information on Contractor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for quality such as RFI cancelled, RFI accepted, RFI rejected, NCR, rejection & repair rates, welder performance, etc. - Witness and monitor field Instrument equipment installation such as fusible plug, instrument tubing, pressure transmitter and etc. - Witness materials and equipment receiving inspection or surveillance as indicated in the ITP. - Compliance with the project Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures. Requirement: 1. Certification in IECEx/ATEX Personnel Competence 2. 5 years working experience in QAQC E&I construction and installation. 3. Valid OGSP, CIDB, E-Vetting and Petronas AME Medical Report.
