Handling and attending meetings for Companies including Annual General Meetings, Extraordinary General Meetings, Board of Directors meetings, preparing minutes of meetings, and extract minutes of meetings;
- Preparing statutory documents and forms (circular resolutions, SSM Forms, etc );
- Preparing minutes of meetings and extracting minutes of meetings;
- Preparing and ensuring proper submissions and lodgment of statutory documents for SSM;
- Liaise with SSM and other related bodies with regard to companies matters;
- Incorporating new companies;
- Updating and maintaining proper statutory records; and
- Liaise with clients with regards to their companies under Companies Act 2016
