**JOB TYPE **:Full-time
**QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's Degree / Degree in Secretary Office Manangement and related course.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform a wide range of clerical and administrative function.
- To attend general correspondence and daily administrative work
- To photocopying and do printing required documentation
- To do data entry and record keeping
- To make and maintain proper filing and documentation for easy record retrieving.
- Perform other job related duties, as necessary
- Filing
- Deal and contact with client
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Knowledge of secretary and office management.
- Has good interpersonal skills, independent and able to communicate well with the team.
- Willing to learn.
- Able to submit deadlines on time.
- Pay attention to details
- Time management skills
- Able to work under pressure
- MS Word, Excel
- Experience in secretary firm
- Know about SSM
