Dialysis Assistant function in multiple roles, which including nursing care, dialyzer reprocessing, equipment cleaning maintenance and cleanliness of the dialysis centre. Participate in quality improvement and direct patient care. Dialysis Assistant must learn and understand the scientific principles of dialysis, the process of dialysis treatment, and how to respond to the physical and emotional needs of patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
