We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be dedicated to supporting the strategic talent acquisition of our key global client, while operating across time zones to identify and engage top-tier talent worldwide.

核心职责 / Key Responsibilities:

- 多渠道访寻策略：通过LinkedIn Recruiter、布尔搜索、行业社群等多元渠道，拓展并优化人才库。Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, industry groups) to maintain a robust pipeline.
- 市场洞察与人才地图：开展区域市场研究，绘制人才地图，为招聘策略提供数据支持。Conduct market research and talent mapping to generate insights on talent trends and competitive landscape.
- 数据驱动优化：跟踪访寻转化率、响应率等指标，持续提升访寻效率与质量。Track and analyze sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline conversion, response rates) to drive continuous improvement.

任职要求 / Qualifications:

- 1年及以上人才访寻经验，具备物流、供应链、电商或大规模运营招聘背景者优先。1+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or high-volume operational hiring.
- 熟练运用主流访寻工具，能独立开展人才地图与市场分析。Skilled in sourcing platforms/tools, such like LinkedIn, job boards, with ability to conduct talent mapping.
- 熟练的英文能力（会中文或其他外语语种尤佳），能高效协同内外部团队，尤其是跨国协作。Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin or any Foreign Language is a plus), with ability to collaborate across teams/country.
- 擅长计划条理、数据驱动，能适应快节奏及多任务并行。Highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours**: 9:00AM - 6:00AM (5 days per week)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
