1) Source, compare, and procure materials, supplies, and equipment needed for the company's operations.

2) Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.

3) Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring adherence to procurement processes.

4) Track and follow up on order statuses to ensure timely delivery.

5) Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure sufficient stock levels for operations.

6) Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper receiving of goods.

7) Perform monthly stock checks and generate monthly stock reports.

8) Support the finance department with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.

9) Perform any other duties assigned by superiors or management.

Qualification

1) Minimum SPM or equivalent.

2) Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

3) Proven experience in an administrative or purchasing role is preferred.

4) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
