Clinic & Pharmacy Sales Representative

Sales and Promotion: Proactively and effectively promote all products and treatments options available at the clinic. Effectively articulate the benefits and advantages of each offering to potential clients. Answer calls and messages to close appointments with potential clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with treatments and products. Address any concerns and provide after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients & clinic panels through market research, referrals, networking events, and other lead generation strategies to expand the client base. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and developments in the aesthetic and general medical industry. Demonstrate a deep understanding of clinic products and treatments to answer client inquiries confidently. Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the clinic's revenue growth and success. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the clinic's team to ensure seamless customer experiences and coordination between sales and treatment delivery. Event Participation: Represent the clinic at trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to increase brand awareness and attract new clients. Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and challenges, providing valuable insights to the management team.
