**Role**

Associate Lead Designer will manage and oversee all aspects of the design process. Through active collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, you will have to spearhead the development of cohesive design plan and concepts.
**Responsibilities**
- Directing various design projects, such as interactive design, and doing research
- Initiating reaching activities and develop innovative ideas to better market the company’s product
- Ability to use creativity from a wider perspective to better help re-frame problems and approaches
- Optimise marketing funnels to increase conversion rate and drive user acquisition
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives
- Ability to interact with and influencing cross-functional teams
- Ensuring the quality and creativity of design projects planned
- Organise the basic design frameworks and assist the creative interns with the specifications required for particular tasks.
- Taking part in the creation of graphic internet interfaces and mobile platforms

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Design and Media or other related courses
- At least 3 years of working experience in design
- Potent portfolio full of top-notch designs, with a solid foundation in typography, interaction design, and visual design that follows industry trends and best practices
- Outstanding abilities in interaction and aesthetic design
- Capable of looking at the big picture and diving into details
- Experience in managing multiple projects/ engagements with short deadlines
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, extremely fast-paced tech start-up environment

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
