Responsible for the halal compliance of the company according to Halal requirements and SOP.
- Oversees the implementation of halal practices within the company and sets up Halal standard operating procedures.
- Liaise with Halal officials and attend audits.
- Monitor and follow up on documentation & certificates or other assignments that are Halal required to ensure appropriate timelines are met and actions completed.
- Maintain and create record-keeping systems for Halal documentation.
- Build and maintain effective communication, coordination and relationship with the Halal committee and Management.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Preferably experience executives with knowledge in administrative in kitchen function, F&B management or equivalent. Experiences in Halal certified facilities are added advantage.
