**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the process of chemical blending, ensuring it meets customer specifications.
- Guarantee timely chemical production and manage the blending and storage tanks to reduce stops in operation, limit waste, and follow safety protocols.
- Conduct daily quality control, which includes testing in-progress and finished products, as well as raw materials.
- Ensure continuous adherence to high safety and quality standards, and maintain the excellence of products through work order analysis.
- Perform daily instrument calibration and uphold proper lab procedures.
- Collaborate with the Production Team to make certain that Quality Control aligns with the appropriate safety standards for all products.
- Create and submit required documents such as Analysis Certifications, Quality Certificates, Test Sheets, and Purchase Requests.
