**Position Overview**:
We are a dynamic and growing F&B start-up operating multiple outlets and kiosks. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **QA/QC Audit Manager** to lead all quality assurance audits across our locations. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with **Halal standards**, **food safety regulations**, and **internal hygiene and operational protocols**, while maintaining a high level of **brand integrity** and **customer trust**.

**Responsibilities**:
**Audit & Compliance**
- Develop and execute regular **internal QA/QC audits** across all outlets to ensure adherence to:

- Halal certification requirements
- Hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Food safety protocols (HACCP/GMP)
- Local health authority regulations
- Operational SOPs and customer service standards
- Perform **pre
- and post-opening audits** for new outlets.
- Generate detailed audit reports and identify non-conformance areas, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Establish a **risk-based audit schedule** and update it periodically based on performance and feedback.

**Halal & Regulatory Oversight**
- Ensure all ingredients, processes, and equipment comply with **Halal requirements**, coordinate with Halal certification bodies.
- Monitor **supplier documentation** to ensure all incoming items meet Halal and quality standards.
- Liaise with **local health authorities** to maintain licensing, inspection readiness, and regulatory compliance.

**Food Safety & Staff Hygiene**
- Verify that all staff have up-to-date **food handling certificates**, **typhoid vaccinations**, and adhere to **grooming/personal hygiene standards**.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all food contact surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
- Review and validate **temperature logs**, cleaning schedules, and pest control records at each outlet.

**Training & Continuous Improvement**
- Develop and roll out **audit-based feedback and training sessions** for outlet staff and supervisors.
- Work with the Operations team to implement **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)** based on audit findings.
- Recommend and monitor **quality improvement initiatives** and track progress using KPIs.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks or requests as assigned by superior.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Public Health, Food Safety, or a related field.
- **3-6 years of experience** in QA/QC or food safety auditing, preferably in multi-outlet F&B, QSR, or kiosk environments.
- Strong understanding of **Halal assurance systems**, **local food safety laws**, **HACCP**, and **GMP**.
- Trained and certified in **internal auditing** (ISO 22000, HACCP, or Halal-related certifications is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Able to travel frequently to outlets and kiosks.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,300.00 per month
