Job Purpose:

To assist the QA/QC team in maintaining and improving the company's food safety and quality systems, including HACCP, Halal, GMP, and FSSC The intern will gain hands on experience in quality control, auditing, documentation, and food safety practices within a food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Documentation & Records

  • Assist in updating and maintaining QA/QC documents, checklists, and records (HACCP, GMP, Halal, etc.).

  • Help organize and file quality and audit reports.

2. Quality Checks & Sampling

  • Assist in product sampling for laboratory testing and verification

  • Support daily quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

  • Help ensure production follows established SOPs and hygiene standards.

3. Audits & Inspections

  • Accompany Senior QA/QC during internal audits and inspections.

  • Help in preparing audit reports and follow-up on corrective actions.

4. Food Safety & Training Support

  • Participate in food safety and GMP training sessions.

  • Help promote food safety awareness on the production floor through posters, briefings, and observations.

5. Complaint & Data Analysis Support

  • Assist in collecting and recording product complaint data.

  • Help analyze quality data and summarize findings for improvement.

6. Project / Continuous Improvement Tasks

  • Support QA/QC team with new product trials or process improvement initiatives.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
