About the Role

Energy Workforce Group is seeking a QA Clerk to support our Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) department. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on exposure to ISO 9001 documentation or implementation—preferably from a manufacturing or engineering background—and who is meticulous, hardworking, and eager to learn.

This role is crucial in maintaining our company's quality management system and ensuring all documentation is well-organized, traceable, and compliant with internal and ISO requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform clerical and documentation tasks related to the QA/QHSE department.
  • Maintain and update ISO 9001 documentation, quality manuals, procedures, forms, and records.
  • Support the implementation, review, and continual improvement of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure proper document control, versioning, and filing (both hardcopy and electronic).
  • Assist during internal and external audits and follow up on non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with internal departments to collect, verify, and update QA-related data and reports.
  • Prepare and track QA-related reports, calibration records, and inspection data.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by the QA/QHSE Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Preferably with experience or involvement in ISO 9001 implementation, documentation, or audit support.
  • Experience in manufacturing or QA/QC environment will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with basic document control systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and systematic in handling documents.
  • Dedicated, hardworking, fast learner, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to work full-time at Jalan Gombak, Setapak (Kuala Lumpur).
