Job type: 3 Months contract | Hybrid

Salary up to: RM7,600

Must have: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Create functional and non-functional user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria and diagrams for web and mobile applications.
  • Create the acceptance criteria, test plans and test cases for new products, features, changes or bug fixes.
  • Automate tests against acceptance criteria and test plans and own automated test coverage of critical paths within systems as well as minimum coverage of overall tests.
  • Embed automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline and assist with setting up Canary releases and roll backs.
  • Manually execute functional and non-functional tests against acceptance criteria and test cases.
  • Coordinate QA activities with Dev Teams/BI/Infra and setup regular QA advocacy and education sessions with the teams.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into product acceptance criteria, test plans and test cases.

Requirements:

  • Hands on experience in building and running the manual, deeply technical and automated QA practice in a Microsoft Stack environment
  • Understanding the end-to end QA services for Web Apps (.NET 4.x+, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Angular 4+, jQuery, MS SQL Server)
  • Exposure to Mobile base apps testing (Xamarin based, especially in iOS), RESTful APIs
  • Cloud exposure, preferably Microsoft Azure
  • TDD and BDD (e.g. SpecFlow, Gherkin)
