About the role

We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer(Manual Test) to join our team at ATech Solution' in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the QA Engineer - Support Hong Kong, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions that support our clients in Hong Kong. This is a full-time position that will allow you to work alongside a talented and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan, develop, and execute manual regression, functional, and integration tests for assigned projects.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test data to ensure product quality.
  • Perform end-to-end testing across mobile, web and API-based applications.
  • Work closely with developers to improve system testability and ensure a reliable testing environment.
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, ensuring timely resolution through collaboration with development teams.
  • Validate user experience, system performance, and compatibility across different devices and platforms.
  • Perform ad-hoc research & analysis and present results in a clear manner .

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in software QA, mobile & Web application testing. Experienced in leading test teams preferred.
  • Proven experience in manual testing for enterprise-scale systems.
  • Strong understanding of software testing best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in functional, non-functional, and regression testing.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile, API, web and application testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and test management tools.
  • Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports, ensuring accurate issue tracking.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation is a plus.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts (not necessarily hands-on experience).
  • Strong analytical skills—able to identify, troubleshoot, and provide insights into product issues.
  • Passion for quality—enjoys finding defects and improving user experience.
