QA Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology team. Key Responsibilities

-Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts across

software and blockchain-based systems.

-Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring issues are accurately resolved and verified.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure

seamless integration and release of high-quality software.

• Participate in code reviews, process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives to

strengthen QA standards.

• Research and implement emerging QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and

blockchain testing tools.

• Manage assigned tasks independently, exercising sound judgment and resourcefulness

before escalating for support.

• Perform performance, security, and integration testing in both traditional and decentralized environments.

• Document testing outcomes, insights, and recommendations to enhance future product

releases.

• Contribute actively to a positive, ethical, and intellectually engaging work environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or

equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in software testing methodologies, test design, and QA process

implementation.

• Understanding of or exposure to blockchain technology, smart contracts, or decentralized systems (preferred but not mandatory).

• Demonstrated ability to independently learn new technologies, solve problems, and take

ownership of challenges.

• Strong initiative and self-driven mindset — capable of pushing through complexity to deliver outcomes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to precision and accuracy.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

• Commitment to high ethical standards, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Preferable knowledge of automation frameworks, scripting, and DRY (Don't Repeat Yourself) principles.
