This programme is tailored for experiential learning. This internship will bring you the advantage of first-hand experience through a combination of dedicated mentoring and practical training.

MKT Job Scope:

  • Assist On Manage All Social Media Platforms
  • Assist On Manage All E-Commerce Platforms
  • Assist On Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Assist On Marketing Design
  • Assist On Production /Marketing Administration
  • Other ad-hoc duties assign by superior or management

QC Job Scope:

  • Production Quality Monitoring

  • Conduct on-line checking during cooking and vegetable processing (fresh cut, mashed, sauce).

  • Check product packing for label accuracy, weight, and sealing.
  • Verify machinery condition (screws, metal detector, check weigher) before and after production.

Raw Material and Ingredient Verification

  • Inspect and verify dry, mashed, and raw materials (ambient, chilled, frozen) before use.
  • Check sorted raw items (anchovies, groundnuts, dry shrimp) for foreign objects (FOD).
  • Record batch details including expiry date, quantity, and physical appearance.

Sampling and Analysis

  • Collect production samples for analysis and retention.
  • Conduct internal analysis on sauce samples.
  • Complete process and inspection checklists.

Hygiene and Sanitation Control

  • Perform daily cleanliness inspections for site and machinery.
  • Check personal hygiene of staff.
  • Ensure footbaths are filled with diluted chlorine solution.

Job Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Diploma/Degree in related field
  • Required skill(s): Good communication skill, problem-solving skill, attention to detail
  • Proficient in creating documents and spreadsheets (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Contract length: 3-6 months
