Responsible for the e-commerce order management, including billing, inventory, payment and purchase order processing tasks.
- Handle cost recovering for damaged stock, open box items and lost in transit items.
- Attend to customer complaints and resolved within the timeline given.
- Ensure the transactions of the provision account for eCommerce marketing campaign is correct and prepare the monthly summary report.
- Verify the project margin report and prepare platform order transaction summary report and exceptional case report summary, and submit to vendor on monthly basis.
- Resolve the AR aging in AX system by providing payment supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit AR pay out report and monthly sales summary report to credit and management respectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
