As part of our expansion, we’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Sales Admin** to support our growing sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**What You’ll Do**

**Sales Support & Coordination**
- Assist the Sales Manager and team in preparing sales documents, quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate and follow up on orders from agents, resellers, and wholesale clients.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or Pipedrive).
- Liaise with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

**Documentation & Data Management**
- Track incoming and outgoing sales-related documents, including agreements, receipts, and shipment records.
- Maintain an up-to-date filing system and ensure all records are properly stored and accessible.
- Compile sales performance reports and assist in generating monthly sales summaries.

**Customer Engagement & Follow-Up**
- Assist in handling inquiries from agents, resellers, and customers professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up on leads and orders to ensure smooth processing and high customer satisfaction.
- Support the coordination of reseller onboarding and maintain ongoing communication.

**Internal Process Support**
- Help streamline and improve sales-related workflows to support the team’s efficiency.
- Assist with administrative tasks for sales campaigns, agent programs, and special promotions.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to align on operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales admin, support, or coordinator role (fresh grads encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in an eCommerce or product-based company.
- Familiarity with order processing tools or eCommerce platforms (Shopee, EasyStore, etc.).
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and customer-facing communication.
