**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for Sales Team & Sub Agent in the sales department for office administration.
- To take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between sales persons and customers.
- To collect documents from Agent or sales Leader and check documents accordingly.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, faxes, mails, courier services, and calls / enquires.
- To deal with payment collection.
- Handling worker’s complaint & problems.
- Prepare reports, proper documentation arrangement and general filling.
- Monitor tenancy agreement and commercial agreement from time to time.
- Prepare agreement for new customer.
- Follow up agreement renewal.
- Provide admin support and coordination work within inter
- departments.
- Maintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiently to customers' enquiries.
- Updating workers database and hostels listing.
- Monitor and review hostel cleanliness and facilities conditions and propose necessary upgrades and/repairs.
- Hostel management - keep track of existing / new hostel record, update maintenance report as and when required, monthly utilities repayment etc.

**Qualification and Skill Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates will be considered.
- Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara area.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
- Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Words & MS Power Point.
- Posses with own transport.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
